Por todo el mundo se habla de Startup, vemos grandes empresas como estás en el mundo y con grandes lideres como los gestores de semejantes logros. Pero pocas veces tenemos la oportunidad de conocer la historia y directamente contada por el que la vivió, el CEO y Fundador.

Desde México nos acompañó Pol Morral con su plataforma LaPieza una de las prometedoras startups de empleabilidad en Latinoamérica. Pol nos contó cómo ha sido su proceso de crecimiento desde el día 1 hasta hoy, pero sobre todo nos enseñó como hacer de este un proceso más eficiente. Al final de cuentas se trataba de escuchar no sólo sus aciertos, sino sus “desaciertos” porque de ahí creemos que al final se aprende más.

More than a conference, it was a real Masterclass with the CEO.

Startups are talked about all over the world, we see great companies like these in the world and with great leaders as the managers of such achievements. But rarely do we could know the story and directly told by the one who lived it, the CEO and Founder.

From Mexico we were joined by Pol Morral with his platform LaPieza, one of the most promising employability startups in Latin America. Pol told us how his growth process has been from day 1 until today, but above all he taught us how to make this process more efficient. At the end of the day, it was all about listening not only to his successes, but also to his “failures” because that is where we believe that in the end, we learn the most.
