What we have learned from

Enrique Vargas del Campo Salinas, strategic partner manager from Google during the exclusive program “Boss your Economy”.

Here  is what we have learned:

1)  Entrepreneurship is a skill that can be applied even when you work for others in a small or big company not only when you work for yourself.

2)  Entrepreneurship mindset is a growth mindset: is when you think exponentially instead of incrementally.

3)  It means that every day you want to improve not only 1% but 50%.

It means DISRUPTION, INNOVATION, instead of implementing and improving your strategy, you are actually reinventing your strategy to reach moonshot goals.

4) Trifecta of work/life  balance

“Entrepreneur needs to find a balance between  work, social and family life in order to be productive”

5) Ask yourself:

1. What is the balance for you between social,  family and work-life?

2. What makes you happy?

3. What can you sacrifice?

4. Plan as much as you can, if it is not on the calendar won’t happen!

5. Don’t spend time on social media, unless your job requires it!

6) Every mistake is a great part of the learning process. Never forget the lessons!

7) What’s the best thing about working at Google?

Getting to work with the most unbelievably brilliant, bright, and smart people.

8)  Advice to your younger self?

“I will do my mistakes all over again, as they were all part of the learning process,  but I would probably focus on one project at the time instead of many”.

When are you thinking that you are not dedicating enough time to a project

( as you are doing too many things at the same time)  is the right time to change and focus just on one project!
